Challenge
Over the years a complex, non-transparent and very heterogeneously structured SharePoint landscape arised for divisions and projects in a well-known industrial enterprise. There is no transparency on contracted authorizations and the searching and finding of contents poses great challenges for the user – the acceptance of the platform is very low.
It is necessary to design a SharePoint concept that simplifies fast and systematic placing and finding of contents, standardizes fields of work and simultaneously reduces the administrative expenditure. With this solution sharing of information should be fun again.
