The organizational structure and responsibilities of the process management are being defined and rules are being determined. It is settled which methods (e.g. BPMN, (e)EPK) and tools are used for modelling (e.g. Aris, Symbio, Visio), and how and in which frequency processes are published, how an approval is carried out, etc.
Operational BPM
The core of the operational BPM are the documentation of the current processes, the identification of optimization potentials and the modelling of the target processes. In addition key data is defined to monitor the process efficiency and is collected in the company to improve processes constantly.
